Monitoring and Evaluation for Clients Seeking Reinstatement of a Revoked Driver’s License

Special Supervision is for DUI clients with a 5-year, a 10-year, or a permanent driver’s license revocation who are seeking reinstatement of an Employment Only or Business-Purpose Only Driver’s License.

Special Supervision is a rather complex process; eligibility for this program must be determined by a Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) Administrative Hearing Officer before registration.
