Smart Money

Direct Deposit – Watch your account grow without a second thought. We can set up recurring deposits to your checking and savings accounts electronically. You enjoy the safety and convenience of knowing your money is there.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – For smart personal finances, every little bit counts, which is why we provide the option to deduct certain healthcare expenses from your paycheck and put them into a special, tax-deductible account.

403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan – You may invest up to 2% of your salary with a 2:1 match from Bridgeway into a variable annual annuity plan.

Life Insurance – This can help protect your family in the event of your death.

Health Insurance – Available to full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Bridgeway Center pays for much of an employee-only standard plan.

Dental/Vision/Long-Term Disability – Available to all full-time associates and their families at the employee’s cost. LTD monthly benefits are paid after an employee is disabled and unable to work for 90 days.

Supplemental Insurance – Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Life Insurance.

 

 

Getting Away from the Office

Holidays –   Full-time employees receive 11 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Jury Duty – While serving on jury duty, full-time employees receive full salary, less any stipend paid to the employee for jury service from a governmental entity.

Qualified Leave (QL) – QL is accrued at .0154 hours per paid hour (32 hours per year).

Paid Time Off (PTO) – Regular full-time and part-time employees will begin accruing PTO immediately upon employment, based on a maximum of 40 hours per week. PTO is earned and available to provide time off with pay to meet your needs for rest, recreation, and unexpected short-term illness, injury, or other emergencies. You may start using your PTO after the 90-day work trial period. Time off without pay before the 90-day work trial period will be at the supervisor’s discretion.

Annual Salary Review

Employees have a 90-day work trial period, after which job performance reviews are done annually. Merit increase is based on performance reviews and is dependent upon financial resources.
