Congratulations Karen Guilbeaux, BS, DUI Clinical Supervisor/ Evaluator/Instructor, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for June 2024. Karen was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Karen this distinguished recognition. Karen started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in June 2022 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.
Karen’s nomination states, “It is with great pleasure that I respectfully submit this nomination for Karen Guilbeaux to be recognized as BCI employee of the Month for June 2024. Despite the overwhelming amount of work and responsibilities Karen has with the Special Supervision and Ignition Interlock (IID) programs, she can often be found assisting with the access specialist tasks. Karen consistently finds ways to help her co-workers and other BCI departments. Her willingness to assist others and her commitment to Bridgeway Center Inc and the DUI program is unequaled. Her Special Supervision and monthly IID clients have all noted that Karen provides great customer service, with compassion, empathy, and no judgement.”
