POSITION SUMMARY:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is excited to invite qualified candidates to apply for the role of Treatment for Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) Project Director that will work with a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive community-Based services for individuals experiencing homelessness. The TIEH Project Director is responsible for overall development, implementation, and sustainability of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) TIEH project. The TIEH project serves unhoused and persons at risk of becoming unhoused. The TIEH Project Director will provide supervision, direction, and performance evaluations to the TIEH associates.
This position is funded by revenue appropriated by contract and your employment is contingent upon continued funding of this position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, behavioral healthcare, or related field and experience directly related to working with individuals experiencing homelessness, advocating for the homeless, operating/developing programs that assist the homeless population. Behavioral health experience preferred.
Further minimum requirements include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with a team

Applicant must be able to pass an Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) Medicaid and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II background check, drug screen, and a Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicant must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and have a valid Florida Driver’s License with no more than three (3) points on their driving record to be insured under BCI’s automobile insurance policy.

- Experience in planning and executing program schedules across multiple locations, staffing requirements, and competing priorities.
- Understands budgets, performance expectations, goal setting, staffing models, and is able to identify and manage necessary changes to improve quality and value.
- Commitment to high quality behavioral healthcare in a community-based health center setting, collaborative and team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with both clinical and administrative staff to create a united organization.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to engage local service providers to build a referral network.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Some of the job tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with community partners and BCI service departments to implement TIEH project goals and objectives;
- Collaborate with HR and relevant departments to facilitate hiring of staff;
- Ensure compliance with all TIEH criteria within four months of grant award;
- Coordinate with partners to develop/update plans for delivery of services and monitor;
- Develop and manage TIEH the culturally and linguistically diverse steering committee;
- Plan and facilitate the quarterly meetings of the culturally and linguistically diverse steering committee.
- Coordinate with TIEH partners to develop informal agreements and monitor delivery of specified services;
- Develop Behavioral Health Disparities Impact Statement in accordance with required criteria within 60 days of SAMHSA TIEH grant award;
- Coordinate with IT and Evaluator to finalize data collection protocols, ensure data integrity, monitor data collection in accordance with SAMHSA grant;
- Prepare TIEH project and grant reports in accordance with grant agreement and other reporting requirements, work with Evaluator on reporting
- Train staff in cultural competency, including military culture;
- Other related tasks as required, and/or requested

WORK HOURS: Fluctuates
SALARY: The salary for this position is $70,000.00 annually
