Congratulations to Candi Buttke, APRN, PMHNP-BC for earning the title of Employee of the Month for August 2024. Candi was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Candi this distinguished recognition. Candi started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in May 2023 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.
Candi’s nomination states, “I would like to nominate Candi Buttke for Employee of the Month. Candi has helped get Detox from 10 hours to 12 hours and now we are fully functioning at 24 hours. She has helped me in hiring new staff while maintaining current staff. She attends all the Political meetings with me and helps in securing funding and fosters community partners with other agencies. She fills in to complete IPEs for PTU and Dr Services whenever asked. She currently stands in for the POST team and provides Door services for any resident in Fort Walton Beach who has called EMS for any Substance related issues within the last 24-72 hours. She helped me get AA groups started at Detox on Monday nights at 6 pm. She Trained Okaloosa EMS in Bridgeway’s Detox criteria so we can accept clients straight from EMS. She is always along for the ride with me, and I truly appreciate her dedication and drive.”
