The APRN will provide Initial Psychiatric Evaluations (IPE) services and Medication Management (MM) services. Referrals to internal disciplines for additional services will also be made as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Clear and active APRN licensed in the state of Florida. One (1) to three (3) years of direct experience preferred. Applicant must be able to pass a Level II DCF criminal background check, drug screen, and a Tuberculosis (TB) test and be eligible to obtain a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a Full-Time (FT) Licensed APRN. The APRN will work with the Psychiatrist in an Outpatient setting in Crestview (CV). Candidates must have excellent communication, problem solving, organization and follow-up skills with the ability to serve both adults and children. Candidates should demonstrate good judgment as well as attention to detail while working well with a team. Excellent computer skills and experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) required. Experience in completing collaborative documentation is preferred.
APRN’s work with individuals and families assessing psychiatric mental health needs. APRN’s assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with psychiatric disorders or the potential for such disorders using their full scope of therapeutic skills, including the prescription of medication and administration of psychotherapy.
