Please join me in congratulating Mitaly Kiser, Residential Stability Coordinator, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for November 2023. Mitaly was selected for this award by BCI’s Program Leadership members. With great pride and excitement, we award Mitaly this distinguished recognition. Mitaly started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in April 2023 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.
Mitaly’s nomination states, “I would like to nominate Mitaly Kiser for Employee of the Month. Mitaly continues to go above and beyond for her clients and those she meets at Detox. Mitaly shows that she has a huge heart and is willing to help meet the clients where they are to make sure their needs can be met. She is willing to adjust her schedule to assist at a moment’s notice. Mitaly has also been able to adjust quickly to the changes that have been happening within RSC.”
