Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Kisha Guevara, CAT Team Therapist, as our Employee of the Month for May 2025. Kisha was selected by members of BCI’s Program Leadership for her outstanding contributions, remarkable dedication, and unwavering commitment to the individuals and families we serve.
Kisha joined Bridgeway in October 2024 as a counselor with the Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team and has quickly emerged as a vital member of the organization. In less than a year, she completed her degree and transitioned into her current role as a therapist, demonstrating both professional growth and a deep passion for client care.
Her nomination speaks volumes about the impact she has made in such a short time:
“Kisha has been a great help with not only assigned clients on the CAT side of the universe, but also giving aid to clients with the TASC program as needed. She puts her heart and full effort into everything that she does—new client with significant challenges? She’s staffing and researching to figure out how to best meet their needs. Client needing unexpected transportation? She’s jumping in and asking for the address to get them where they need to go.”
Colleagues describe Kisha as someone who brings positivity and purpose to each day, always eager to learn, help, and lead by example. Whether responding to urgent needs, navigating complex cases, or simply showing kindness to a teammate, she embodies Bridgeway’s mission and vision in every interaction.
Kisha is a consistent source of encouragement and reliability. Her ability to maintain balance, seek growth, and serve with empathy and resilience makes her not only an outstanding therapist but also an inspiration to those around her.
