Congratulations Tim Szuch, BS, CBHT, POST Coordinator, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for July 2024. Tim was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Tim this distinguished recognition. Tim started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in December 2019 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.
Tim’s nomination states, “I would like to nominate Tim Szuch for Employee of the Month for July 2024. He was the longest employee that worked at the Pretrial Unit. He worked night shifts since the day the PTU opened and over time transitioned into being the Lead Forensic Counselor. He has consistently helped me to make this program run smoothly in this role and been a good support to his peers. He helped with training of all the Forensic Counselors that were hired since he took over in his role. He has been available for support for each of them to ensure that the unit goes smoothly. He advocates for the clients and ensures that they are treated with dignity and respect. He implemented multiple aspects to the PTU to allow for better outcomes for every client within the PTU. As he transitioned quickly into his new role with the POST team, he ensured that staff at the PTU were prepared for his departure.”
