Congratulations to Justin Smith, IT Support Specialist, for earning the title of Employee of the Month for January 2024. Justin was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Justin this distinguished recognition. Justin started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in June 2023 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.

Each time he does so with such a great professional attitude, always with a pleasant demeanor no matter how big or small the problem was.
