BCI Honors Daniel Bryan as January 2025 Employee of the Month

Daniel was selected by BCI’s Program Leadership for his outstanding contributions, dedication, and commitment to ensuring a seamless transition to Netsmart NX. His efforts have greatly impacted the organization, making a difference in the efficiency and effectiveness of BCI’s technology systems.

Daniel has been an integral part of BCI since joining in June 2022, consistently demonstrating expertise, leadership, and a passion for excellence. His recent work on the Netsmart NX transition showcased his ability to go above and beyond expectations to support the organization.

Daniel worked extra hours for a smooth transition to Netsmart NX, ensuring that not only did the system function correctly but that everyone had a smooth transition. Because of his hard work, week one was smooth with little issues. Change is hard but inevitable, and we are so very appreciative of Daniel and his team!”
