Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Alexis Bonton, BA, Recovery Counselor, as our Employee of the Month for September 2025. Alexis was selected for this honor by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership team in recognition of her outstanding dedication, professionalism, and compassionate service to our clients and community.
Alexis joined Bridgeway Center in January 2023 and has since become an integral member of the Detox team. Her commitment to BCI’s mission and values is evident in her work ethic, teamwork, and client-centered approach.
In her nomination, Alexis was described as someone who goes above and beyond to ensure that clients receive uninterrupted, high-quality care:

During the month of September, Alexis went above and beyond by single-handedly covering shifts for absent colleagues. This incredible act not only ensured uninterrupted care for our clients but also demonstrated an extraordinary level of reliability, teamwork, and selflessness. Aside from this, Alexis will always stay late or come in early as needed to help support her Detox team and clients.”
