Crystal joined Bridgeway Center in November 2024 and has quickly become an essential part of the team at One Hopeful Place. Her role, particularly during the night shift, is critical in ensuring participant safety and fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals experiencing homelessness or navigating significant life challenges.
