Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Cassandra Williams, MA, Credentialing / Accounts Receivable Specialist, as the Employee of the Month for May 2026.
Cassandra was selected for this distinguished recognition by members of BCI’s Program Leadership in appreciation of her exceptional dedication, expertise, and continued support of the organization.
Since joining Bridgeway Center in January 2023, Cassandra has become an essential member of the BCI team. Although much of her work takes place behind the scenes, her contributions play a vital role in supporting the organization’s daily operations, financial processes, regulatory compliance, and ability to provide high-quality services.
Cassandra is responsible for credentialing BCI’s licensed staff members and assisting with billing and coding for Bridgeway Health Clinics. She also provides valuable support to clinic associates who work within the Athena health care management system.
Her knowledge and persistence were instrumental in helping BCI credential providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield, allowing Bridgeway to accept an additional insurance provider and expand access to services for individuals and families in the community.
Cassandra’s nomination stated:
“Cassandra works in the background, which is easy to overlook, but what she does for Bridgeway Center is very important to the viability of Bridgeway. Cassandra credentials all licensed staff members. She helps with billing and coding for the medical clinic and provides support to BHC associates who work in Athena.
Cassandra helped get providers credentialed for Blue Cross Blue Shield, which Bridgeway is now able to accept. She is always there when you have questions about credentialing staff or why certain bills may not have processed correctly. She is such a knowledge base and an asset to all of Bridgeway. I appreciate all the work she does to help keep Bridgeway in compliance.”
