Kelly was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we recognize Kelly for this distinguished achievement. Kelly joined Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in November 2024 and has quickly become an essential part of our team.
Kelly’s nomination states:
“Kelly is deserving of the Employee of the Month nomination because he goes above and beyond in his Peer Support role! Kelly offers his time to come to the Pre-trial Unit every Wednesday to provide support to our clients and staff. Kelly works to collaborate as a peer to provide meaningful advice and direction to our clients. Kelly goes out of his way to transport our PTU clients to an outside AA meeting in hopes to increase clients’ socialization skills and introduce them to community support.
When PTU is short staffed, Kelly is always willing to help at the drop of a dime with no complaints! Kelly’s positive outlook and attitude have made a strong impact on staff and clients here at the PTU. Kelly never fails to put a smile on our faces! When Kelly transitioned to his new role, he never forgot about the PTU. He continued to make an effort to stay in contact and impact the lives of new staff and ever-changing clients. We appreciate all the help and support Kelly continues to provide to us. He is truly an asset to the Bridgeway Center, Inc. team.”
