Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Lexus Hill, BA, CRPS.A, Forensic Counselor, as its Employee of the Month for June 2026. Lexus was selected for this distinguished recognition by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership in appreciation of her dedication, initiative and commitment to the individuals we serve.
Lexus joined Bridgeway Center in August 2024 and has become an essential member of the BCI team. Her positive attitude, strong organizational skills and willingness to go above and beyond have made a meaningful difference within the Forensic Pre-Trial Unit.
Lexus’s nomination highlights the leadership she demonstrated while the program was short-staffed. She took the initiative to complete essential responsibilities ahead of schedule and consistently pursued solutions to ensure important tasks were completed. Even during challenging and fast-paced situations, Lexus remained organized and dependable.
In addition to excelling in productivity and documentation, Lexus skillfully balances her responsibilities with compassionate, therapeutic client engagement. She draws upon her knowledge of community resources to develop effective case-management strategies and help address the varied needs of the individuals served by the program.
Lexus is also recognized for the empathy and encouragement she provides to both clients and colleagues. She maintains appropriate professional boundaries while ensuring clients feel supported and cared for. Her coworkers describe her as someone they can turn to when they need encouragement, heartfelt advice or a positive perspective.
