Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Amanda Kester, BA, Parent Support Coach, as its Employee of the Month for July 2026.
Amanda was selected for this distinguished recognition by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. Since joining Bridgeway Center in February 2026, she has become an essential member of the BCI team, consistently demonstrating initiative, professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to the children and families we serve.
Amanda’s nomination states:
“I would like to nominate Amanda for Employee of the Month. Amanda has built a good relationship with the daycare providers in the area through community outreach. Amanda always pays attention to detail in her notes and exceeds expectations with parent support. Amanda brought external teaching resources from the school system to Bridgeway to help evaluate nonverbal children. Amanda is a good team player and trainer.”
Through her community outreach efforts, Amanda has developed valuable relationships with local childcare providers while helping connect families with important resources and support. Her willingness to collaborate with community partners and bring additional teaching and evaluation resources to Bridgeway reflects her resourcefulness and dedication to meeting the individual needs of those we serve.
Amanda’s teamwork, dependability, and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of Bridgeway Center. Her contributions strengthen both her program and BCI’s ability to support children, parents, and families throughout the community.
