Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Anna Dawson, BSW, Behavioral Health Case Manager, as Employee of the Month for December 2025. Anna was selected for this distinguished honor by members of BCI’s Program Leadership in recognition of her exceptional dedication, compassion, and commitment to those we serve.
Anna joined Bridgeway Center in September 2024 and has quickly become an essential member of the team. In her role as a Behavioral Health Case Manager, she works closely with individuals navigating complex challenges, offering consistent support, guidance, and advocacy to help them remain focused on their goals and progress toward stability and wellness.
In her nomination, a colleague shared the following praise:
“I work in the same office with Anna, so I see her most every day. While calling, meeting, and assisting clients, Anna is very patient with them every step of the way. She has a few difficult cases, but she still goes above and beyond for each of them. She keeps each client on track in making progress on their goals, provides an empathetic ear, and uses her best effort to find them the help they are needing. You can tell she deeply cares about helping others and does an amazing job.”
