Administrative Review Waiver 

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Administrative Reviews will allow FIRST time DUI offenders to apply for a waiver review to obtain a restricted driver’s license after enrolling in DUI School within 10 days from the day of arrest. In exchange the Department will waive any driver’s license suspension periods.

Below find the steps necessary to avoid your driver’s license suspension and to allow your driving privileges to be reinstated on a restricted basis.

1. Register for the DUI Course and obtain proof of enrollment to the Pensacola Bureau of Administrative Review.
2. After enrolling in DUI School print and complete the HSMV72034 form.
3. Fax proof of the DUI Course Enrollment and HSMV72034 form and pay a non-refundable filing fee by phone of $25.00 to:
