Victoria was selected for this award by the members of BCI’s Program Leadership. It is with great pride and excitement that we award Victoria this distinguished recognition. Victoria started at Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) in May 2022 and has been an essential part of BCI’s team.
Victoria’s nomination states, “I would like to nominate Victoria Nott for Employee of the Month for December 2023. Victoria has consistently demonstrated what it means to be a hard-working employee, working tirelessly each and every day. Whether she is doing her normal daily tasks or stepping in to fill the gaps of other tasks needing completion, she gives the work her all. She is dependable and reliable and can always be counted on to be there when needed. Victoria is honest and genuine and puts her heart into all that she does. Even when presented with cases that are significantly difficult or high stress, she maintains a positive outlook and puts in her highest efforts to best serve and advocate for the client’s individualized needs. Victoria’s inner strength and resilience are inspiring to others, and she radiates authenticity that allows her to connect with clients genuinely and encourages them to be their truest selves. Because of all these things and more, Victoria is a person that is deserving of Employee of the Month.”
