Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to recognize Lily McLeod, BS, Forensic Counselor, as our Employee of the Month for July 2025!
Lily was nominated and selected by members of BCI’s Program Leadership, who commended her dedication, flexibility, and unwavering commitment to client care. Lily joined the Bridgeway team in December 2024 and has already become an invaluable member of our Forensic Pre-Trial Unit (PTU).
Going Above and Beyond
In her nomination, Lily was praised for stepping in without hesitation during a time of staffing transition. When two colleagues on a different shift announced their departure, Lily immediately offered to work those shifts as needed to ensure that clients continued to receive quality care. As new staff members were hired, Lily willingly adjusted her schedule to train and support them, demonstrating both leadership and teamwork.
Her colleagues highlighted how she balances accountability and compassion, ensuring that clients are held responsible for their actions while also receiving the highest level of trauma-informed care. Many clients have personally expressed how much they value her groups and activities, noting the positive impact her work has had on their treatment journeys.
