Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) and Archway Partners proudly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony on Friday, September 26, 2025 for Willow Way Village, located at 333 Lewis Street in Fort Walton Beach. This milestone marks the beginning of a transformative housing development that will bring long-term stability and hope to our community.
A Vision for Stability and Support
Willow Way Village will provide 72 permanent supportive housing units across two sites, designed to address the critical need for affordable housing in Okaloosa County. The community will offer one-bedroom and studio apartments tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents.
🏡 Half of the homes are designated for veterans and individuals with special needs, ensuring that some of our most vulnerable community members have a safe place to call home. Residents will also have access to on-site supportive services, including:

- ✨ Job training opportunities
- ✨ Counseling services
đź’™ The remaining units will be available at sliding scale rents, making Willow Way Village an affordable option for individuals and families seeking long-term stability.
