Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is proud to announce that Chris Davis, MS, Adult Care Coordinator, has been selected as Employee of the Month for April 2025. This recognition, awarded by members of BCI’s Program Leadership, reflects Chris’ outstanding dedication, compassion, and commitment to the individuals and communities we serve.
Chris joined Bridgeway Center in November 2024 and has quickly become an essential member of the Adult Care Coordination (ACC) team. Since his arrival, he has gone above and beyond in his role, consistently demonstrating a deep sense of responsibility and care for clients in need.
His nomination reads,
“I would like to nominate Chris Davis. He has gone above and beyond to assist clients at One Hopeful Place (OHP), providing food and haircuts to those in need, volunteering time and services. He also assisted an 18-year-old who became homeless just before his birthday, helping secure placement with Children In Crisis. Chris continues to show his dedication to the community and his role. He is truly an asset to BCI and the ACC team.”
