Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is pleased to recognize Taylor Rolison, Access Specialist, as its Employee of the Month for August 2026.
Taylor joined BCI in March 2023 and was selected for this recognition by the members of Program Leadership after receiving two nominations from her coworkers.
Both nominations praised Taylor for stepping up during a recent staffing shortage. In addition to managing her regular workload, she accepted many of the responsibilities associated with a vacant position and continued to complete her work quickly and efficiently.
One coworker noted Taylor’s efforts to keep client appointments running as smoothly as possible by preparing charts and paperwork in advance, confirming that required documentation was complete, and making sure therapists had the information they needed. Her organization and attention to detail helped reduce delays and allowed the clinical team to remain focused on providing quality care.
Taylor was also recognized for anticipating potential problems, communicating effectively with staff, and remaining calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment. Her coworkers described her as dependable, responsive, flexible, and always willing to help wherever she is needed.
“Taylor’s dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed,” one nomination stated. “We are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our team, and her contributions have made a meaningful difference for both her coworkers and the clients we serve.”
