POSITION SUMMARY:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants for the Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team Administrative Specialist who will work with a multi-disciplinary team that provides intensive, comprehensive community-based services to youths ages eleven (11) to twenty-one (21). The CAT Team is a safe and effective alternative to out-of-home placement for children with serious behavioral health challenges. The CAT Team supports the goals of the youth and family by enabling them to sustain themselves within their family system and community.
The function of the CAT Team Administrative Specialist to this team is as the organizational hub to keep the many moving parts connected. To do this, you will assist with managing the day-to-day operations of CAT Team services, be the first point of contact for referrals and be responsible for the administrative tasks of the CAT Team. As a member of the CAT Team, you will be called on to interact with clients and families, providing a face of encouragement and advocacy.
Applicants must be outgoing and enjoy working with the public, professional, and para-professional team. Have the ability to collaborate and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to ensure that each client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A High School (HS) Diploma OR GED plus two (2) years related experience OR Associate’s degree.
Bilingual/bicultural English and Spanish preferred, but not required. Please include a resume with the application. Applicant must be able to pass an Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) Medicaid and Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) Level II background check, drug screen, and a Tuberculosis (TB) test. Applicant must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and have a valid Florida Driver’s License with no more than three (3) points on their driving record to be insured under BCI’s automobile insurance policy.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Some of the job tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborates with the Director of Children and Families Services (DCFS) in maintaining the department’s spreadsheet to assign referrals, track associate efficiency, and track data for monthly reports.
- Participates with the DCFS in the Initial Family Team meeting for clients enrolling in CAT Team services, completing enrollment processes using Financial and Services Accountability Management System (FASMS), and collaborating with the Finance department.
- Assists team members in managing caseloads to ensure all assessments are completed within contractual requirements.
- Schedules meetings as requested and ensures necessary materials are prepared for the meeting, attending and recording minutes as applicable.
- Receives and assists callers and outside agency representatives regarding CAT Team purpose, program procedures, and triage questions as applicable.
- Assists with maintaining spending receipts and weekly budgeting requirements in accordance with BCI’s operating procedures.
- Maintains building safety and other site management needs per BCI Protocol, reporting to appropriate BCI departments as required.
- Maintains orders and supplies for the day-to-day operations and client sustainability needs, per approval by the DCFS.
- Notifies the DCFS of any abuse. Notifies the DCFS within one (1) hour of any significant issues, problems, or concerns regarding client, services, or community partners.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
WORK LOCATION: Travel between Fort Walton Beach (FWB) and Crestview (CV) locations
WAGE: The wage for this position is $18.00 per hour
