Bridgeway Center Inc. provides high quality behavioral healthcare treatment throughout Okaloosa County. It begins with our highly skilled and deeply committed clinical staff, medical staff, and administrative staff leadership.

BCI has provided services to our community for the last 50 years. Our Mission, Vision and Key Values focus on Performance Based Culture and can best be summarized as service above self and conscientious commitment for our patients’ best outcomes for success.

All BCI employees are required to comply with applicable policies and procedures and complete required workplace related screenings and 12 training modules (i.e., informed security, CPR, Safety training, preventing workplace violence, and sexual harassment). Life Insurance - Can help protect your family in the event of your death.

Health Insurance - Available to full-time employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Bridgeway Center pays for the majority of an employee only standard plan.

Dental/Vision/Long-Term Disability - Available to all full-time associates and their families at the employee's cost. LTD monthly benefits are paid after employee is disabled and unable to work for 90 days.

Supplemental Insurance - Disability Insurance, Accident Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Confinement Insurance, and Life Insurance.

Getting Away from the Office

Holidays - Full-time employees receive 9 paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteranss Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanks giving, and Christmas Day.

Jury Duty - While serving on jury duty, full-time employees receive full salary, less any stipend paid to the employee for jury service from a governmental entity.

Short Term Disability (STD) - STD is accrued at .0154 hour per paid hour (4 days per year).

Paid Time Off (PTO) - Regular full-time and part-time employees will begin accruing PTO immediately upon employment, based on a maximum of 40 hours per week.

PTO is earned and available to provide time off with pay to meet your needs for rest, recreation and unexpected short-term illness, injury or other emergencies. You may start using your PTO after the six month work trial period. Time off without pay prior to the six month work trial period will be at the supervisor's discretion.

Annual Salary Review

Employees have a 6 month work trial period, after which job performance reviews are done on an annual basis. Merit increase is based on performance reviews and dependent upon financial resources.
